Society Financial Year
The Society financial and membership year is the calendar year January to December.
The Constitution requires that unfinancial members be removed from the membership list by the end of February.
The 2008 AGM changed the dates of the financial year to those just noted. As a result, current membership ($20 payable after July 1, 2008), lasts until 30th June 2009. Members will then be requested to pay $10 for membership for the six month period July to December 2009. Then annual membership subscriptions will apply.

New members pay $20 subscription at the time of joining. This amount, depending on the time of the yea in which they join, may last for more than, or less than a full year. For detials, see the membership Application Form.
