Current EventsOn this page we will keep members informed about the society and events in which they may wish to be involved.
Open Meetings: The first Open Meeting for 2012 will be our AGM.
It will be held on FRIDAY, 13th APRIL, 2012 at 1.30 pm in the Catholic Church Hall, Centreway Road, Orewa. The usual AGM business will be over quickly and then we have as our guest speaker Grant Sidaway. Grant is our Federation Executive Officer and is a most interesting and informative speaker. You will not be disappointed! Our meetings are a good time to meet other people with similar interests over a cup of tea or coffee. You are very welcome to come and bring friends! Friday Discussion Sessions: The Learning Centre runs two hour discussion sessions on Friday mornings at 9.30 am to 11.30 am each week during term time. If you have questions you would like answered, or just want to listen to some interesting explanations about current computer topics, you are very welcome. We charge $5.00 per session (includes morning tes).
Help Centre: The Help Centre is open 9 am to 3 pm weekdays.
If you would like to talk to someone about the society, or need questions about your computer answered, please ring the Centre on 09 426 1509 and we will do what we can.
